  • We do not require appointments to be made. Walk-ins are welcome.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on all services. In the event that you are unhappy or unsatisfied with the service, we are more than happy to repair or redo your service.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We kindly ask that you look after your personal belongings while you are in the salon.

  • Because we value our team members and our customers, please note that we reserve the right to refuse services to any customer acting in rudeness, disrespect, or any other unreasonable behaviors.
